1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Please Note: Perishable items (like opened food or treats), customized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
